Attune Helps CfPA Convert Live Classes to Virtual In Time of Crisis
The Center for Professional Advancement (CfPA) provides accredited technical training and continuing education worldwide. They are one of the largest non-degree awarding organizations offering professional level training courses in a variety of formats including in person, onsite, and interactive virtual and online.
Since their founding in 1967, they have successfully trained nearly 500,000 professionals from small and large companies, government, and academia. Their prominent reputation has earned them high recognition by thousands of companies who consider them to be an integral part of their technical training programs.
CfPA had been hosting their in person/virtual training classes of one of Attune’s partner locations in New Jersey. With the advent of Coronavirus and rapid spread, the venue was mandated by the state of New Jersey to close its doors for at least 30 days. Faced with need to continue providing training in a virtual format without the need to cancel their class due to travel restrictions, CfPA worked with to Attune to help transition all their courses to 100% virtual for all attendees and instructors.
Attune assisted the implementation of an all-virtual training delivery platform where all of the attendees and the instructor operated remotely. Attune provided a full turn-key solution enabling the class to move forward seamlessly. Components of the solution included:
- Conversion of all classroom delivered courses to virtual and notification to attendees
- Full virtual-platform licensing of instructor and attendees
- Support link listing requirements and connectivity testing procedures
- Full technical support pre- and monitoring during event to ensure seamless delivery
- Training for instructor on process and procedures of teaching
