After experiencing our “virtual office,” we often get questions from the companies we work with asking us how they can better leverage the technology in their own business. Nonverbal communication channels are 12.5 times more powerful in communicating interpersonal attitudes and feelings than the verbal channels. Have you ever gotten an email from someone and questioned the “tone” or meaning of the message?
