COVID-19 Update from Attune

The health and well-being of our employees, customers, and guests is our top priority. We would like to make you aware of our procedural updates as we phase back to in-person interaction at our Attune locations. We have incorporated safety precautions in our daily operations based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We are monitoring information and updates continually regarding COVID-19 from the CDC and local governments and health departments. As these procedures evolve and more information becomes available we will provide you with an update. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Sanitization Procedures

Cleaning products for all surfaces are approved for use against Coronavirus. All high-touch surfaces and common areas in the building and Attune suite are frequently disinfected throughout the day.

Keeping Staff and Guests Safe

Keeping guests and staff safe in all of our venues remains our top priority. To continue this, Attune will employ the following social distancing, safety measures, and food area and handling precautions as advised by the CDC.

Social Distancing and Safety Measures

Room assignments will be made to observe 6-foot distance between seated attendees. Capacities will be limited to attendance according to local orders.

Floor sticker markings are placed to indicate 6-foot distance walking paths in hallways and rooms.

Building elevators may have capacity limits and standing area restrictions.

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are provided in each meeting room and at the front desk for public use.

Room numbers will be provided two days prior to your event to alleviate a line at the front desk and allow attendees to proceed directly to the room.

Signs are posted at the entrance barring the entrance of any individual not feeling well or that has been in close contact with someone feeling ill.

Alternating break times allow for smaller groups in common spaces

Masks are recommended when physical distancing is not possible.

Food Areas and Food Handling

Café areas will offer beverages and snacks “to go” to be consumed in the room.

Attune staff will always wear gloves while handling food.

Café area is currently closed to seating and congregating during a phased opening of the venues.

Attune staff will sanitize any food preparation tools including tongs before use.

Lunches will be served as boxed or individual servings and delivered to the room.

Attune has replaced open food items with packaged items until further notice.

CDC Recommendations

Individuals including employees, guests, and building personnel must follow recommendations by the CDC for everyday preventive actions to help inhibit the spread of respiratory diseases.

Mandatory Precautions for Everyone

If in contact with someone who is sick or if you are sick do not enter the facility remain at home.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after using the restroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose the tissue in the trash.

Observe 6-foot social distancing while in common areas and meeting rooms.
