Attune Welcomes You Back to Our Centers
For over three months, large and medium-sized gatherings have been prohibited in almost every city around the globe. For many of our clients who rely on our spaces to hold mission-critical events, COVID-19 has had a devastating impact.
As of this writing, Attune is happy to report that many of our centers are back open for business. “We are excited to be welcoming back our clients to Attune,” says Angel Sokolnicki, Attune’s Vice President of Client Operations. “We have used the past weeks to ensure the safety of visitors and staff by sanitizing our centers and putting safety procedures in place.”
Attune has instituted new protocols for cleaning its meeting spaces, public areas, venue surfaces, and equipment as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. It also has new guidelines as it relates to guest safety and food handling. Attune encourages all guests to wear masks and practice social distancing while in our centers.
A Hybrid Approach
Since the size of gatherings continue to be in flux in many areas due to the significant risk of rapid spread of coronavirus, Attune will continue to offer both all-virtual and hybrid event configurations to clients who must accommodate large groups for events. We have found a vast majority of our clients still trying to figure out how to deliver their events. Attune has helped many clients create event configurations that allow for spaced-out schedules and staggered attendance by converting in-person events to either an all-remote or a hybrid model which conforms to social distancing protocols.
“For those holding events in our centers, we’re paying close attention to seating arrangements in our classrooms and marking our common areas and pass-thru areas with signage to help everyone remain at least 6-feet apart,” says Sokolnicki.
