Digital Designer

Job Description:

The Digital Graphic Designer leads and fills the visual design function for the marketing team at Attune. The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creatives for web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising, social media graphics, sales presentations and proposals, corporate brochures, infographics, ebooks and other marketing collateral. The Digital Designer works closely with the Content Strategist and the Marketing Assistant to produce both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery; create visual communications for print and digital designs including website, online advertising, social media, and videos
  2. Design and produce web page graphics, marketing campaign landing pages, email campaigns and digital ads
  3. Develop digital storyboards and animations as needed
  4. Photo retouching as needed for optimal display
  5. Translate company value and positioning into effective visual communications
  6. Coordinate with vendors and contractors on photo shoots and video production projects
  7. Ensure all visual communications are aligned with best practice for usability, accessibility, and web standards
  8. Work with developers to ensure proper optimization and implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision
  9. Work with Content Strategist to develop content marketing (i.e, ebooks, white papers, case studies, etc.) that is compelling, creative and effective
  10. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital and print
  11. Provide design support to sales team as it relates to proposals, presentations, and the creation of other sales tools as needed
  12. Provide graphic design and planning coordination support as needed for marketing events including trade shows

 

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, communications or related field
  2. 3-5 years professional experience, preferably at an agency or in a corporate marketing department
  3. Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier
  4. Familiarity with HTML and CSS as it relates to building HTML eMail
  5. Experience with visual communication principles
  6. Detail-oriented, self-starter who can easily multitask and understand project management stages
  7. Excellent presentation, verbal communication and design skills
  8. Team player and able to handle constructive criticism and implement suggestions to improve
  9. Familiarity with web design and content management systems

 

Employment Type:

Full-time

 

Compensation:

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, full benefits. Compensation based on experience.
